AI-generated content
AdDirector AI uses third-party AI providers to generate campaign strategies, scripts, storyboards and creative recommendations. AI output is provided as a creative tool only and is not a guarantee of advertising performance, sales, conversion rates, legal outcomes or medical outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use.
Uploads and user content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any media you submit for analysis. Uploaded content may be processed by our AI providers to deliver the requested analysis.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Billing details are handled according to the provider's terms and applicable payment regulations.
Data retention
We retain your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, access is revoked and data is disabled. Financial, billing and audit records may be retained for longer periods as required by law for dispute and compliance purposes.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
