These Terms govern your use of AdDirector AI, provided by Commercials That Convert. This is placeholder legal text for development purposes and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be accurate when providing business information.
AI-generated content
AdDirector AI produces AI-generated campaign strategies, scripts, storyboards and creative recommendations. This content is provided as a creative tool only. It does not guarantee advertising performance, sales, conversion rates, legal outcomes or medical outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI output before using it in any campaign.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the content you submit and generate. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, or contains material you do not have rights to use.
Third-party AI providers
Our service uses third-party AI providers to process your inputs. Their use of data is governed by their respective terms and policies, which you should review.
Uploads
When you upload media for analysis (such as Ad Doctor), you represent that you have the rights to that content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Payment processing
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Refunds are handled in accordance with the payment provider's policies and applicable law.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you create or upload. AI-generated outputs are licensed to you for your business use subject to these Terms. We retain rights to the platform itself.
Limitations of AI output
AI output may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, submit content you don't have rights to, attempt to disrupt the platform, or use the service to generate content that violates applicable law.
Service availability
AdDirector AI is in active development. Features may change, and some capabilities are not yet available.
